To help you out more and find the right Hardware for you, let me ask you a question…

If you answered “a” don’t be discouraged because that was me!! You save your money for your sim of choice and all these great add-ons but maybe there’s not much left for you hardware and flight controls.
In this case, I would recommend any of these:
Thrustmaster T-Flight Hotas X Flight Stick
YF2009 USB Gaming Controller with Vibration Feedback and Throttle
These are great sticks for anybody on a budget because they are all plug and play. Each joystick also has a rudder control so that saves you $100 bucks on rudder peddles alone!!! I’ve personally owned the Logitech Extreme 3d Pro and I can’t say enough good things about it! Check out my review for it here.
If you answered “b” then you’re probably looking for an upgrade in your home cockpit. Maybe its time to upgrade from a stick and throttle all in one to a more realistic yoke and throttle quadrant with a set of rudder pedals. If I’m being honest there are so many different ways to do this because they’re so many products out there. But the main question you should ask yourself is “what is the future of my flight siming going to be?” Will you be flying X-plane, FSX, or P3d? If so will you be flying airliners? If you’re flying airliners then a good yoke and peddles combo will be the perfect addition to your home cockpit. If you’re flying more DCS and other combat sims but you already have a stick then I suggest getting a separate H.O.T.A.S throttle that goes along your with the stick you have. If you have a little extra money then I would suggest adding rudder pedals to the set up. Here are some of my suggestions!:

Here I have linked to a little bit of everything, all products linked are in the budget you answered. As you can see there’s a couple great rudder peddles for both airliners or fighter jets! Also, there is a throttle and yoke combo and throttle and stick combo that has HOTAS capability. In MY opinion, these products will give you a great head start the home cockpit of your dreams. Honestly, when it comes to hardware it’s like buying a car, you kinda have to feel it out for yourself. What looks comfortable yet has many features? Who doesn’t like free? From a person who used to use mouse and keyboard or only flew a Boeing airliner with a stick it just didn’t give me the realism I wanted. As soon as I bought my first yoke and rudder peddle combo (the Saitek Pro Flight Yoke and the CH Pro Pedals) the realism factor raised the bar to the next level! And will be worth the money you invest!!
If you answered “C” you obviously have the most freedom, so for this category, I would recommend just upgrades. Upgrades in quality and feel will be equal to a rise in price. The setup will include a yoke and throttle combo with rudder pedals, switch panels, and other hardware. Here are some recommendations I have for you guys!!:
